I was very satisfied with the service I received from Two Twigs. Jake, the coordinator, was so helpful from the start – especially when a huge wrench got thrown into my initial moving plans and we had to change it all up. He was great in getting that all booked and making a very challenging time that much easier for me. Come moving day, the crew showed up on time with a truck and all the supplies they needed. They were even able to take off my back door to get some larger appliances out of my 1970s (small doorframes!) home – taking good care to rehang it correctly once done. I was especially impressed with Karl and Chandler (Big C) who both worked so hard and were so polite. Those two really cared about how they were handling all of my belongings, and that where they placed the big stuff would be most beneficial to me. Moving is never fun, but if I do move again, I wouldn’t hesitate in using Two Twigs. Thank you!
Holden was excellent through the whole process. I caught him early before we were ready and he provided accurate timely advice. When the time came, the estimate turned around in minutes and the move went as planned.
He was prompt with updates and tracking any issues.
