5 stars isn’t enough to describe the customer service. From start to finish Tough Guys was so communicative. The booking process was easy and I was able to simply text and ask questions.
Austin & Manny seriously have all my appreciation. They were so nice & did an amazing job packing and moving our home.
As we were finishing, the storage unit closed on us & they locked our stuff in the truck over night and came back at 6am and finished the job. I literally CANNOT say thank you enough.

I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience! My move was adjusted twice and they helped me every time I made a call. Everyone was amazing with the service from Paige to Taylor, and then with the moving, no one would have been better than Buck and Felix! Today was a huge day for me and the hardest part was made so much easier with everyone at Tough Guys Moving!!
Taylor and his team were wonderful to work with. We had issues on our end and had to reschedule our moving date a couple times, but Taylor was so understanding and flexible. It was such a relief to us! On the day of our move, the team arrived ready to work. They were kind, quick and efficient! They were so good with our toddler who wanted to be apart of everything (which is always a bonus point!) Definitely recommend Tough Guys Moving and will use them again in the future!
