Great communication, estimate was very close to spot on. They provide a non-binding contract, which means you pay for the exact weight of your goods. Truck is weighed prior to arrival and then after it’s loaded. The men were careful, worked hard and efficiently, were friendly and helpful. Upon delivery everything was put where I wanted and so far (still unpacking) nothing damaged. I am very happy with the service they provide. It’s very hard work and they still did so with a smile and good attitude. I thank them all for making this move much more easy for me than others I’ve used in the past.
The best movers I have ever used. From the original quote, to the actual move, and the final bill. No hidden fees, they actually took money off at the end because it didn’t take as long as quoted. Special shout out to Melvin, Marquez, and Eddie – great guys! Nothing broken and no scuff marks or dents in the house. Highly recommend!!
I highly recommend Road Haugs with moving from house to house! The guys did an awesome job and were super friendly! From quote to the move I had zero stress and had all my questions answered! Highly recommend Road Haugs! From first contact with Shannon at the office, to the crew of Matt, Jake, Dallas and Paul, the whole experience was the best I’ve ever experienced. This intrastate move was not the easiest, but these guys had a respectful, responsible, can-do attitude from beginning to end. They relieved all the stress that comes along with moving, and took great care wrapping/protecting all of my belongings. Thank you again, guys!!
