I can’t thank those at Prime Movers enough for the smoothest transition in moving from one home to the other as well as getting quickly scheduled in. I had the pleasure in having Leo and one other employee (I hate that I unfortunately can’t remember his name for full credit) aid in moving my possessions to my new home.
I mainly left the bigger bulk items like TV stands, dressers and bedframes for them to move and they had those loaded up in no time and this was also while the other employee may have potentially still been learning the ropes, in which he did phenomenal!! Conversations sparked as naturally when you’re around good people and it is always cool learning about others and their careers as they learned of mine. I would strongly advise anyone to use Prime Residential Movers!!

I was really stressed with this move, since our new place is on the top floor of our complex and we have lots of stuff. They did a wonderful job moving everything carefully, and efficiently. We were very impressed with the service and would do business with them again.
I was very pleased with the level of service I received with Prime Residential. Leonardo and his team were awesome. They were efficient and very careful with my belongings. The move was successful made without any damages.
I have contracted Prime Residential Movers twice. Once for my complete household and a second time for rearranging furniture. In each case, they are on time, professional and meticulous Not one item was scratched or dented. In addition, everything was set us just as we wanted. They answer the phone promptly, provide an estimate and confirm the job in writing via email, text or USPS. Payment is easy and secure.
I would not consider anyone else for my moving needs.

Quoted for 3 hours but ran overtime 2 hours. One of the crew was first day on the job. The team lead had to slow down to train the new member. He dropped the nightstand due to careless, damaged to the wall and the nightstand.
Update October 1, 2024: I complained and they promised to get back but they didn’t follow up. Dropped to one star. Stay away from this company
