This was a great moving experience! Blake and his team were very friendly and professional. His estimate was $1,000 lower and $3,000 lower than estimates from two other companies, and the final total was only about $100 different than his estimate. This move was a 4 hour drive to a storage facility in another part of the state. I highly recommend Prestige Movers!
We had a wonderful experience with our move! Our old house has a tricky staircase to get furniture down, and the team did great! We ended up taking longer than expected (a lot of furniture…) and the guys were so hardworking and polite throughout the whole move! I would definitely recommend using Prestige.
Great local moving company, that’s considerate, kind, caring, and hardworking. If you need to move something, you should cinders them. I had a move in and move out for hardwood repeat in my home and Blake and his team did a wonderful job!! I don’t have pics but they did great and even ensured they took proper precautions to protect my newly refinished floors with the move back into the home.
I hired Prestige Movers through Hire a Helper and Blake and his team were prompt and quick to move my stuff into my POD.
Unfortunately, the packing they did for my POD was not up to par and much of my furniture broke due to poor packing. I have over $1000 in damages. I provided furniture blankets and other blankets that they simply laid on the ground of the POD instead of wrapping my furniture for protection. I offered bungee cords and ratchet straps to help secure items but Blake refused stating he didn’t need them. I wanted as much stuff in there as could fit but Blake could have made a call and told me it wouldn’t work and things would be damaged and I would have removed items. All my wood furniture was exposed and now are broken, scuffed, and scratched, and they damaged other items in the POD. Unfortunately, I now have to file a claim and hope I receive some sort of monetary compensation.
Prestige movers was efficient and quick, but not the best quality. Consider a different company if you want movers to pack a storage unit for you.
Blake and his team were awesome to work with. They showed superior customer service and handled the move with care. They worked continuously until the move was completed.
