Unfortunately this review isn’t pleasant and I’m LIVID! I don’t know who was paid for these good reviews but the way the owner is a crook is beyond me. This company over charged and some of our decor were broken and MISSING!!! Like why is our big wall art pieces missing as if we wouldn’t notice and where is our cleaning equipment? I understand not taking liquids due to spills but our carpet cleaner, mop and broom? Our cleaning equipment weren’t cheap. Not to mention they just threw our stuff in boxes with little to no care. The only thing they cared for were our glass dishes. And why are our outside shoes in the same box as my suits? The box labels made no sense. They were better off no label. I have so many questions that I needed answers to, but no one answers the phone. I will NOT recommend this company even under duress.
Yesterday I was left out to dry by ReSupply trying to donate all my lifelong accrued large and heavy belongings. I called around a bunch of movers trying to find a reasonable price to donate everything to Goodwill. Tony called me back this morning and said he could have people by this afternoon. He kept his promise and Mitchell and Mike were awesome. Give them and Tony all a raise. Everything went perfect, and I couldn’t be happier. Y’all really helped me when I needed it most and I am forever grateful to you. Would highly recommend y’all to anyone.
We have known Mitchell for many years and he is a very honest, and fair man with his company. He hires only the best trustworthy employees. We would highly recommend Ohio Packers & Movers for all of your moving needs.
I must say this is a great company to utilize during a move. Whether it’s home, office or commercial the prices and availability is certainly worth it. The staff are nice and communicates in a timely manor which I greatly appreciate.
This company doesn’t even deserve one star. We were told that all of our furniture would be wrapped for protection. That didn’t happen and every single piece of furniture we had moved was damaged. One of the moving guys dragged our mattress across the floor of the common area in our new apartment building. We called and reported our experience. They asked for pictures so we submitted 14 photos of the damage to all our furniture. Almost a month and many phone calls later we still have gotten no resolution from the moving company. It seems there is almost zero communication amongst their different departments so don’t expect them to communicate well with you as a customer either. Paid over $700 for them and probably damaged over $1000 worth of items. Don’t recommend!
