The guys working at New Roots were exceptional in every way. This whole experience was so daunting, and they were so kind and willing to assist in every way. I would definitely work with them again.
And I would have given 5 stars, but our master closet was left in a mess. I loved how they took out clothes and put them in garment boxes and moved them, but on the back end, they just stuffed everything in the closet. I wish one of them had asked me to assist in placement. That is my only complaint.
Again, I would definitely work with this company again.
New Roots did an amazing job for us from our first call talking to Robbin, to Nate coming out for the evaluation the very same day. Moving day from Canton to Perry Village arrived and we were so blessed to have a great crew. Lami, Cam, and Noah were very thorough and cared for our things quite well. Lami, Cam, Justin and Tony were hands down the BEST men to work with! We moved our entire house plus our storage unit – not one complaint from any of these guys! They made the entire process seamless, efficient and fun! They made sure I didn’t lift a finger (pregnant momma here) and took such good care of each item they moved. They even made sure my 6 year old son was having a fun time during what normally would be a boring day for him! I truly can not thank these guys enough- it took all the stress and worry out of our day! Also, the whole process from scheduling the move, to estimating the cost, the logistics was smooth and painless. We will always use New Roots with any future moves! Thank you guys!!
We called several moving companies who promised to get back to us and we never heard from them. A friend recommended New Roots and we were very pleased with the entire process. We had Noah and Ray to move our things. They were helpful and very careful with our items. They disassembled and reassembled our daybed with no issues. On arrival to our home they placed everything as directed. I highly recommend this company. They were transparent about the process and frequently checked in with us.
Our family had a great experience with New Roots Moving. They were helpful in determining the amount of trucks needed. They were organized and kept track of where furniture needed to be placed. Great communication throughout and they worked incredibly hard. We had some very challenging things to move and everything went smoothly. We would highly recommend.
