Aldo and Elvis are the best. They protected our furniture and all the household stuff with great boxes.They used red protective carpet which prevented from any floor scratches. They both did an awesome job. And mostly both Aldo and Elvis have a positive attitude and they have happy faces throughout our 11 hr move.

My experience with new joy moving company was amazing. Roberto and Luis were excellent movers. They made sure to wrap all of my items and were extremely efficient. They had a great attitude and made the move so easy. None of my items were damaged at all not even a scratch. They were also spotless clean (ex. I have a white couch), due to their due diligence of thoroughly wrapping and securing items. They were very communicative and addressed any concerns I may have had. They even made sure to place the furniture in all my desired locations and had the patience to move large items around when I wasn’t confident with the placement. After moving all my items in they helped assemble my dining table and bed frame with ease and saved me so much hassle. I truly was able to relax and they made move an easy and quick process. I will be using their services again in the future.
We had a great experience moving our stuff with the new Joy Moving company. From the beginning, Ali was great in helping me get a good deal. The yellow boxes helped us move our stuff safely. On the move day, we had a team of 3 men(Aldo, Elvis, and Alberto). They were very hardworking individuals. We had a long move, and they were all very patient and continuously kept working diligently. The disassembly and reassembly of all our stuff was very smooth. I would highly recommend this team.
What a treat to have a couple of positive and polite youngsters like Joshua (Aldo) and Elvis help us with our move. Two cool dudes, dressed in their uniforms, but with their with their cool-looking HATS!!!
New Joy is lucky to have both of these cheerful and very efficient employees.
They were timely, very communicative and most important to us, listening to the needs of their customers. In fact, they said “of course”, and “absolutely, yes” to so many of of the things we asked for, that we started calling Elvis, Absolutely-Elvis!
They never complained about having to climb stairs with big boxes or furniture. At one point, Joshu even fixed an air filter for me that was high up on the wall.
These folks worked hard and always with a smile. We were very happy to tip them generously. Like most customers, we appreciate the hard work, timely communication and upfront terms. And no one could have matched what Aldo and Elvis provided as service in our move, in the enthusiasm, energy and happiness they showed during the entire day of moving.
I recommend for asking by name, if possible, for the super-star team of both Joshua (Aldo) and Elvis-Absolutely!!!
