Sam and Kuka were punctual, efficient, and made a great team! Crew was extremely careful and professional. I appreciate that they were attentive and responsive while I decided where I wanted my furniture placed. They spared no time and utilized every minute effectively and efficiently. Fast and efficient team. Got the move done in less time than I would have thought possible. Even with a packed garage and stairs. They don’t waste anytime and there are no hidden fees. They were careful with our things and the property. Great experience over all. Highly recommend!

I had a really bad experience with this moving company. I had packed all my belongings into boxes, nothing particularly big or heavy. I thought two people would be enough for the job, since when I moved in, the whole thing had taken two people 4 hours. but it took them 6 hours to load the truck, so I called to complain at around hour 4 saying they were lifting one box at a time, placing it on a hand truck, then slowly walking down the hall with 1-2 boxes at a time. Then the manager called the mover to ask about this and he yelled at me saying what did I expect, it’s because I didn’t hire 3 movers they can’t go any faster and I should have hired someone else if I’m so unhappy. Very awkward. So I asked the manager to send another person to help unload the truck which supposedly should go much faster. This still took an additional 3 hours. I did not expect a two bedroom to take 9 hours to move (not including drive time or their lunch break). Their stated reason for this was my apartment is far from the elevator, they had to wrap my furniture in plastic and I should have hired 3 movers. In my opinion, they were just slow.
