I WOULD NOT advise you let this company assist you in anyway with your move. If ZERO Stars was an option , I would have left that instead of the 1.
This company does not have any integrity and is very unprofessional. The team recently assisted me with a move . (Unloading Only) and the team damaged my item(s) . No only did they not bring the equipment that was requested when I reserved the service. They also did not even have the decency to tell me they broke the item(s) . I was away closing on the home while they unloaded the truck . When I returned I found my $1500 gentleman’s Chest busted . After investigating I gathered they tried to roll/carry the item without gauging the weight and lost control of the chest as is evident by the wood fragments from the top to the bottom of the loading ramp. I have tried to contact the owner that I originally made the reservation with several times with no response , I submitted photos with no response & left voicemails that have also gone unanswered . A move is stressful enough as is , and I am moving across the country ( Active Military ). I normally do not like to take this route when it comes to small business because reviews like this take away from possible customers , however , I do not want anyone else to have to endure the headache and disregard that I have over this process . The worst part is , I paid the crew an additional $50 tip & this is the Thank You I received for my business . You’re welcome.

What a despicable way to present your business .

I hired these movers because of their great reputation and because they were recommended to me by a family member who had had a great experience with them. Unfortunately, I did not have such a great experience.

I had an appointment to have them move the contents of my trailer into my new apartment, but an hour past the time they were supposed to be there, they had not called and were not answering phone calls, voicemails, or texts from multiple numbers. They left me and all my belongings several hours away from my previous home on a Saturday afternoon, which meant I had no way to hire new movers and no way to lift anything upstairs by myself.

I am disappointed in their professionalism and would never consider using their services in the future unless I had another mover ready to go if they didn’t show up. I would have given zero stars if I could since they didn’t help me at all and kept me from hiring someone who would by agreeing to the job.

This company is very professional. They came on short notice to move us. This is the second time we used their services and if we ever move again it will not be our last. Thank you Cannon and everyone else that helped. You guys were very affordable and did an awesome job.
