Cristian & Ryan was absolutely amazing…I’m always terrified of moving companies but this was a great experience, they worked the whole time and took great care of my prize possessions!!
We didn’t have the greatest experience with this company. As soon as they arrived, I told the gentleman that my Thuma bed doesn’t require any tools to put together however it can be a little confusing like a puzzle so I would recommend taking a picture of that first and he told me that he’s been doing this for 20 years and did not need Any assistance . Sure enough when we were at the new place I was wondering what was taking so long and he could not figure out how to put my bed back together. I had to step in and look up the instructions. I should’ve just done it myself because it took a lot of time. Also, when they put the couch back together that took a while and then they didn’t reconnect thr cords correctly l. The move took three hours and cost me $660. They went by the schedule appointment time, even though they didn’t get started at that time. Periodically for the move, they would disappear and took an extremely long time to get to my new apartment. I think they made a stop on the way. After they left, I realized they didn’t leave the glass to my patio furniture and now I have to take time to go and retrieve that since they didn’t bring it back to me. I watched them take out my entertainment center with some of the shelves and mounts on top of it as they carried it out, and that has yet to be found. I was told they didn’t have it. So now my entertainment center is on the floor unless I want to spend the money and buy a new one. My neighbor who had also moved out there with a different company and the total cost for them was a $500 and completed in 2 hours. I should’ve listened to them instead of going with the recommendation I received from Mommas movers.
1 guy was great at taking on the workload but they sent a new guy to work with him who barely worked causing my job to go over 2 extra hours. The new guy also knocked two holes in the masterbed room wall of a newly built apartment.
The team took great care of our belongings and moved us in a timely manner. Our moving was smooth and it was very easy to book. The staff was friendly, attentive and respectful.
We will certainly recommend Mommas Moving services.
