Five stars, always. I am a repeat customer of MHM, having used them at least five times. I have also used their warehouse storage facility, which was a much better choice for me than having to rent a traditional storage unit. Everything was packed and wrapped by the crew prior to moving into storage which was super helpful.
Their communication is top notch. I have never waited more than 15 minutes for a response from them, and love that I have the option to text. I recommend MHM to anyone that mentions they’re moving. They’re the only moving company I will use.
A great moving experience! Was notified about 40 minutes out that they were on their way and they arrived timely. They walked in and made an assessment of what they needed to do and got to it very quickly. They took apart one piece of furniture that was not able to go through the door and put it together quickly at the other end. They were personable, professional, and worked together well to make this a great move!
I highly recommend these movers. They were friendly and quick! My movers went above and beyond to assure all my boxes were put where I could easily access them. I had a very large and heavy king size mattress that wouldn’t fit up my stairs. These two movers hoisted the mattress over the balcony by themselves! That work alone gets my 5 stars!
I was matched with Midnight Hour moving through an apartment locator and I can’t stress how impressed we were with Eddie and James. Both were well-mannered, efficient, and quite knowledgeable about their jobs. They took great care when moving my belongings and made sure I was satisfied with where everything was placed before leaving.
