I was informed that the crib would be assembled at the new apartment. It was not! I was told someone would come out the next day and complete it, no one did! I called constantly the day after to no avail. The crib has been taken completely apart. I now have to pay someone to assemble the crib and buy a pack n play for my baby to sleep until the crib is up.
I have since received no response! So unprofessional !!!!
My movers were exceptional , and they did what they said they would. This was an emergent time for me and I appreciate their service. Thank you 👍🏾

I’ve used their services three times. They arrived on time, wrapped up large items, cushioned my TVs, unassembled then reassemble my bed all included in the quoted price. The price was very reasonable. I would use this company again.
They were on time and very nice the guys moved everything fast…it was all good until they broke my brand new bed beyond repair in addition to that they scrapped the corners of my couch put gashes in my ceilings. broke and scratched my dressers ….i filed a claim and no one is responding to emails or calls….my bed was brand new and they have to compensate me some type of way I’m very angry and i read the reviews about people complaining of broken furniture and no response for claims and i still decided to give this company a try…. hire at your own risk but i would stay far away just pay the extra money for a professional company and for the money i was charged this is not fair i also tried to go the address that’s on the website to speak to someone and it’s no such address small black owned business and this is what they do
