I love this location! This is a beautiful brand new facility with a variety of different sized units to suit any needs. They also have all the moving supplies you will need for a smooth transition- boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and more. Danika and Anita are amazing and provide the best customer service I have ever experienced in a storage facility. The free truck usage with rental is another incredible feature that they offer. 100% recommend.

The WORST STORAGE I have ever RENTED!!! When you call them to CONFIRM that your UNIT is in fact with them and that so that you can ensure that you arrive at the PROPER location, they FAIL to check the location before CONFIRMING. Prior to informing them that you have SEVERE ANXIETY and called in ahead of time to prevent any Panic Attacks and or mishaps. By the time you’ve already completely snapped and are set into having a SEVERE PANIC ATTACK regarding the Passcode to the Gate not working that’s when they then realize they have sent you to the wrong LOCATION. Then they come outside with an attitude trying to DEFLECT on YOU and how it’s supposedly your fault for their mishap. Then she comes out demanding that you back up into the vehicle that is sitting behind you. When you refuse she catches even more of an attitude. So, I parked my uhaul and went in to confront her after she had her little temper tantrum and agreed to allow the other vehicle behind me to go in through the gate on the opposite side. I asked her where the hell did you expect me to go? Just plow into the vehicle behind me? She caught another attitude choosing to be unprofessional. I demanded to speak to the supervisor. I was told the Supervisor was at another location. When I wasn’t given an ETA, I chose to call the Police due to previously asking for a refund over the phone so that I can go elsewhere I was told she cannot guarantee me my refund back for the lack of convenience to me. I stepped outside to let my movers go home. They chose to lock theirselves inside of the building. Refusing to answer the phones or any contact with me for me to retrieve certain documentation of my REFUND. Tell me what part of this sounds PROFESSIONAL? I will NEVER RENT from AMY’S attic AGAIN. In response to your RESPONSE. Why would I be kind to those who got assertive over the FACT that I refused to REVERSE into a VEHICLE that was BEHIND me? Why would I be KIND to those who are NEGLIGENT and upon being CALLED ahead of time couldn’t EVEN CONFIRM the CORRECT location when asked in ADVANCE? That was the ENTIRE reason for the CALL? Make it Make Sense!!! I called the POLICE. I was NOT escorted off the PROPERTY, so let’s get that right and I have the Officers name and BADGE number who can CONFIRM that STATEMENT! I REQUESTED information from YOU and YOU REFUSED TO PROVIDE it. The OFFICER laughed at your NEGLIGENCE and lack of PROFESSIONALISM and stated he wouldn’t be RENTING from your BUSINESS either! So please get you STORY STRAIGHT! I would worry less about the VIDEO and more about the PHONE CONVERSATION that was RECORDED and this LAWSUIT that you’re about to get hit with for DISCRIMINATION OF MEDICAL CONDITIONS as well as DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER.

Tanya is the most amazing! She helped me figure everything out! I’ll definitely be recommended Amy’s attic to friends and family!!
