Terrible experience. The owner quoted me a price, then raised it to over double at the end of the move. He billed me for the time that it took to drive to and from my house without telling me this information up front (No moving company does this- the clock always starts upon arrival). He also charged me an ‘environment’ fee, which his employees informed me goes straight to his pocket – not to contribute to the environment, the EPA, a non-profit, or any tax. Customer experience was also poor- the owner is terse and gruff over the phone, as if I am inconveniencing him. I had to haggle with him back down to the pre-agreed upon price. His employees also mentioned the owner does not pay or treat his employees well. Very disappointed. Please do not use this service.

Don’t waste your money or trust your belongings to them
They were recommended by a storage company. Doubled the price quoted, when presented with the bill, even though it took them half the time and two of them did NOTHING but stand in our driveway smoking Bob said it was because “he sent extra guys because our house was so big” ?? They were only swapping two bedroom sets within the house and taking a few extra pieces of furniture to storage. Two of the four stood in our driveway smoking for the entire move. Lost our tv cord and remote even though I asked them to tape it together. Piled our fine furniture like it was a trash heap and scuffed our leather sets badly. Refused to wrap anything. Broke off the top of a plant. Refused to do almost anything asked of them. There was a tall older guy who smoked continuously with a younger smoker that looked like his son. He said he was second in command to the owner. Neither of them did anything but smoke in the driveway. Refused to take a couple pictures, because I had not “hired their packers”. It was just some extra furniture but for the couple pictures, why would we need packers? So they stood smoking and watching my housekeeper wrap and and box them, then he still refused to take them saying “ the truck door is already closed” like it’s an airplane? Why would you stand there and watch her wrap them if you weren’t going to take them? It was less than a quarter full. Refused to move a plant. Had a different excuse for refusing to do anything I asked. One guy, that they treated poorly, with a funny nickname, was they only one who tried to be professional and he did 90 percent of the work. We’re still coming across the costly effects of this poor choice of movers.

Very good and respectful people they do what they are asked and do it professionally
