PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS MOVING COMPANY!!
To start, I had to reschedule my initial move out which was at 12pm. Tommy Logan (the said manager) rescheduled my move out for the very next day at 10am. The movers showed up at 5:45pm with a small raggedy box truck with no company label to move me. I was blown away because, for one you’re extremely late and you have this baby truck to move all of my belongings The next big red flag is the movers only accept cash app as a form of payment. At this point, I have to move out and couldn’t turn around. It took them nearly 7 hours to move me because they did not have any of the necessary tools to disassemble my furniture, although they were scheduled to remove all mounted TVs and disassemble beds. These guys didn’t even know how to unmount and remove the TVs.
They were going only 6 minutes down the road to my new home. They broke my baby’s crib, and I told the gentlemen and he said, oh no its a snap on. My Fiance stated that they did not know what they were doing and were struggling breaking down the crib. My father in law helped and noticed that they had broke the side of the crib. They also broke my son’s king size headboard when they first arrived, and the light switch was broken while moving furniture at my old residence.
He broke my baby’s crib and ask for help and that’s why he took a picture of my family trying to assist; to make it look like someone else did the damage. These people are crooks and what made matters worse is that they didn’t even tell me that they did the damage. Very dishonest company. They were paid to break down and reassemble so I’m not sure why professional movers didn’t know how to properly break down the crib. They mentioned that they did not have the proper tools to even take down the tvs. I had to call someone else to do that.
Contacted the manager via email, text, and phone and was told that they would handle and to send pictures. I never heard back from them and I’ve been calling and texting, leaving voicemail for days. I’m starting to question their legitimacy; especially after the movers showed up with an old busted small box truck, no label, doors broken, tail light out. The movers were nice guys but very dishonest. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and I do not recommend anyone else to. They need to pay for the damages before I sue them. BEWARE BEFORE BOOKING!

They were very professional and careful with my furniture. Super affordable and friendly. And we’re great at fitting all of my things and going the extra mile. Would definitely use them again.
