Exceeded our expectations in both care and speed – This crew did an amazing job moving a 20′ truckload of household furniture, plus a large, heavy steel cabinet over 600lbs, very carefully and quickly. I can’t recommend them enough! Office staff were thorough and reliable.
We were having our wood floors refinished and needed to clear all our furniture and refrigerator out to the garage. We cobbled together a small group and really struggled with the big items. For the return trip, no one was interested in helping. I searched for someone to do it and Reliable’s reviews were very favorable. We agreed on a price and they kept me posted when they would be there. Everything was moved back in without damaging the furniture or my floors. My wife and I were very happy with them and would use them again if the need arises.
Worst ever. Owner’s husband shows up in brand new white sneakers trying not to get dirty during a move. They knew exactly where to put everything. I was still back at the old house. They threw boxes breaking very expensive 30 year-old Waterford vases. They crushed my bike spokes brand new expensive bike a beautiful bed headboard they left outside on concrete upside down resting on delicate metal scratching it all up. Ruined a lot of things and wouldn’t even give up an apology. That’s where our anger came in. Paula‘s response was it was my fault for not being there. These are grown men who knew exactly where to put the boxes they shouldn’t have had to have been supervised
Highly recommend. They help me to move furniture to my new apartment. Everything was one-time, quick and very professional. Guys doing a good job.I will definitely use their services again
