Meta Movers

This was my second time using Meta Movers and I had such a good experience. They had the lowest rates but you would never know that from the level of service they provide. They were super easy to communicate with, showed up a little early, and came in below their estimate. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this crew. Communications were prompt, clear and accurate. They arrived when they said they’d arrive, and the day took as long as expected. The bill was the same as the quote – zero surprises. I was moving to an upper floor, no elevator building, on one of the coldest days of the year. I had some particularly big, heavy, awkward items, and I wasn’t sure one or two would make it in. It was a perfect storm for stress and things to go awry. But everything went incredibly smoothly. Nothing lost, nothing damaged. In fact, items were disassembled and placed in rooms that almost defied physics (thanks again!). There was no fine print but instead a lovely FAQ that tells you every you need to know. Meta Movers are a rare breed of simple integrity – I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Our daughter used Meta Movers last week and the experience was terrific. Booking process was super easy and they were very communicative and upfront with estimates and costs. Mike and Ross were her movers and they were super nice guys who worked very hard to make a tough move (long walk and elevators one end, narrow steps and two floors other end) seamless and worry-free. Outstanding work ethic and service from start to finish. HIGHLY recommend Meta Movers!
