But my seventh and last move was so amazing, stress free and wonderful that I felt compelled to write a review. Think about it, you are asking someone to handle all your worldly possessions, the thought alone is daunting. Over my lifetime I have accumulated an enormous amount of stuff. Much of my furniture was large, extremely heavy, unique and one of a kind. For example I have an antique bed from 1890 Italy all hand carved. Looks like a piece out of a museum. Carson, the owner of Tropical Moves, knew my things were really nice and informed me that his crew treats things as if they were their own. My move involved three days, one day was to move all my outside things including my plants in cement urns, another day to move things going into storage and lastly all the interior contents going into my new home. Let me tell you Carson has thought about every aspect of moving. For example he has rolling garment racks so you can take cloths out of your closet, hang them on these racks and he rolls them right into the moving truck. He has bins you can pack stuff in and he has pods that you can load up yourself, which is something I also too advantage of. But let me tell you what makes Tropical Moves stand tall against all the rest, HIS CREW! His crew has been with him for years, because he treats them well. His crew is not just muscle, they have brains and they use them. They have been doing this for such a long time that they all have it down to an efficient science, from wrapping everything in blankets and shrink wrap, to packing it safely in their trucks and unloading in the same efficient and safe manner. From the moment they arrived at my house to begin the moving process I was so impressed because they all came in, shook my hand and introduced themselves. I have never experienced anything like it. On top of it all, his estimate was very competitive with other companies. Let me also mention, I had my grand piano moved by a specific piano mover, as that is always the safest, but I do believe Carson’s crew could handle it as Carson sent his crew over the day they were moving my piano to take notes on how to do it the safest and most professional way. That impressed me. So all in all, I can’t say enough wonderful things about Carson and his crew. I promise you, that you will not regret hiring Tropical Moves to handle your next move. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carson and his team! They helped with several moves for me and each time they were incredible. They handle things as if it were their own. The crews are so friendly and just great to work with! I would never use anyone else for any future moves.
