Walter, Jeremy, and Christopher (aka Coco) were amazing to work with during our local move!
We moved from a third-floor apartment to a two-story house, and the whole thing took about 8.25 hours. The team was super efficient, kept great energy all day, and were personable—even while handling all the heavy lifting!
Walter took apart and put back together all our big furniture, making sure everything was well-protected and safely transported. Jeremy was a pro at wrapping up our fragile glass cabinets, thin TVs, and tall bookshelves. And Coco, carefully transported the 50+ heavy boxes through our long apartment hallways without any damage or loss! While these were their main roles, they all worked together seamlessly to get the job done.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Pink Zebra. The crew was on time, transparent throughout the process, and got the job done smoothly. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to everyone I know!
We also got a fun Halloween photo with our neighbor’s big cat inflatable- meow, meow, meow! 😀
I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but I think I’ve been patient and accommodating. This was the first time using movers, and the men were courteous. They brought to my attention all the damaged items on arrival and initiated the claim themselves. In total, there were 4 tvs, 2 fish tanks, and my boys bunkbed with severe damage in December. The damage to the bed I could hide against a wall, and the fourth tv I didn’t discover until my daughter came home after the claim was filed, so I was only expecting compensation for 3 tvs and 2 tanks (29 and 10 gal). I was more concerned about making sure my kids things were there when the came back to visit, and was willing to forego my large tank so long as their tvs and my daughter’s tank could be replaced soon. When I didn’t get a response after a month, they offered to purchase the tvs and tank and have them shipped to me. I understand there was an issue with the order, but as of today, I only got 2 tvs on Feb 17. I’ve called, texted, and left messages, but the last I heard from anyone was on the 17th. I think it’s fair that I ask for the other tv and the 2 tanks be replaced, and I’m still hoping to get this resolved.
We are so impressed with PINK ZEBRA! From the moment we met the gentlemen who came to quote the job, we knew we had made the right choice. They asked thoughtful questions and were careful to note anything that might be extra challenging.
On moving day, as advertised, six cheerful men showed up and took exceptional care to get all our things from our house to our new home and every single one of them had such a marvelous attitude! Honestly, it was a pleasure to be around them and to watch them work their magic. I don’t believe there was a single piece of furniture that even grazed a wall or scraped the floor. We have moved a lot and I know how remarkable that is!
When we arrived at the destination, it was approaching 90° and not only was the a/c not running but it turns out it was actually cycling through heat. It was beastly hot upstairs but not one single person complained. (Except me!)
These guys are PROFESSIONALS and they are GOOD! Fun to be around, too. I heartily recommend them and certainly they would be my first choice for any future moves. Thanks Mr Brewster, Brandon, Coleman, Brown, Davis, Keenan and Will! You guys were a dream moving crew!

This was my first time hiring movers, and I’m so happy I chose Pink Zebra Moving! I got quotes from numerous companies that had been recommended to me, and while they weren’t the cheapest, I was very impressed by their quote process, communication, and professionalism. On moving day, Davis, Brown, and Rich were awesome! They worked very hard, were kind, courteous, and did an amazing job. My move was seamless! Everything was put in the correct room, my belongings were handled gently, not a single thing was broken, and they finished in the quoted amount of time. The extra touches that Pink Zebra adds for their customers also set them apart. I definitely recommend!
