Absolutely HORRIBLE movers. We scheduled a move on 1/26 with two movers. The movers showed up an hour late and we were sent one adult and ONE CHILD “mover”. They then took another 4 hours to SLOWLY move a couch, two bureaus, one queen mattress and one washer and dryer set. I asked that they not take apart my reclining couch and the adult mover very rudely told me he has been doing this for 15 years. He then proceeded to take apart my couch. The couch was not put back together correctly and no longer connects together or reclines correctly. They hit my ceiling with furniture leaving dents and chips in the paint. They also damaged paint on the baseboards and railing of the stairs. Beyond AWFUL MOVERS!!!

AMAZING!! These guys crushed it. I had booked with a different company and they canceled on me last minute. With less than 24 hours notice, the best movers were able to support my move date and even the time slot of my desire! Was moving through a personally challenging experience which is what caused me to move and everyone at The Best Movers from the operations to the labor were phenomenal. They all had such positive vibrant energy, really up lifting my spirits and making the process quick and simple. I will only ever use them moving from now one while in Charlotte. 10/10 would recommend.
Best Movers was recommended to me by another company and a friend. I just needed three healthy strong men that could I felt could move my mechanical bed, White Leather Sofa, TV stand with fireplace, large glass/mirrored round dining room table with four chairs was DOABLE ! I fell in love with the three young, strong and efficient young men that arrived! They treated me like they would their own mother or grandmother. Very kind and respectful! All items were well protected and all items moved within the two hours! We’re very organized. I pray that the owners of Best Movers always rewards these men for their dedication, excellent work ethics and their kind attitudes! Make sure that you have the proper insurance coverage for any damages that could take place! I ended up having renters insurance coverage on my items that I was unaware of, but would have gotten a higher coverage for any damages, etc. if I knew I didn’t have the additional or the other coverage! Their minimum coverage is crazily worth very little! Hard to read the document sent by email, so understand and pay attention to every detail of their document that must be signed before the men will be sent out.
The in office customer service representative was very very patient with me as I struggled trying to understand their document. Would highly recommend their services, just insure you take the time to understand extra charges that could take place very easily! So… Here’s the story… We had scheduled a moving company three weeks ago. They called and confirmed yesterday. Today, 30 minutes before their arrival time, they CANCELED on us. We called another company… The BEST MOVERS. They had a truck and three fantastic people at our house 45 minutes later. These gentlemen were kind, professional, respectful of us and our furniture. They moved ALL of our stuff from Charlotte to Gastonia in under five hours. And as it turns out… They were actually less expensive than the original company. I cannot say enough good things about the BEST MOVERS, I would use them again tomorrow… My only suggestion would be they change their name to BEST MOVERS (EVER)❤️😊
