There were some of the best movers I’ve ever used and were found on Yelp. The booking process was straightforward, and the pricing was very reasonable and transparent. The movers were top-tier professionals who arrived early were extremely helpful and careful. Everything arrived safely and was set up exactly where I wanted it. They were very nice and professional movers, and I highly recommend them.
1) The movers arrived at 4:45 when scheduled for noon.
2) The movers didn’t know how to use a pallet jack and hurt themselves- the company doesn’t provide a first aid kit.
3) The movers broke 3 of my most valuable belongings due to carelessness and had the audacity to lie about it.
4) The staff on the phone were incredibly rude. The “movers” spent most of their time on their phones not moving.
5) The movers almost injured me by throwing items off the truck and left a mess.
6) HQ has the movers working illegal amounts of overtime, and puts them at risk for arrest by suggesting the staff openly trespass in a storage facility.
I hired this company to do my move. Big mistake. The movers didn’t entirely disassemble the furniture correctly or put it back together correctly. They left a bunch of empty tape and wrap rolls in my old apartment like I was supposed to clean up their mess. My biggest complaint is they left my under the bed storage container that are fabric in the ground outside where everyone’s dogs poop. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. It was also hard to understand them when they spoke. Never again
Do NOT Trust This Moving Company – Stole My Valuables & Ignored My Concerns
I would give this company zero stars if I could. I had a horrible experience with them, and I strongly recommend you avoid them at all costs. The movers stole three of my pricey items during the move, and after multiple attempts to contact them, they have completely ignored my emails and concerns. It’s appalling that a company entrusted with handling your belongings would have such little integrity and absolutely no customer service.
Their lack of accountability is mind-blowing. I’ve followed up with emails and phone calls, but not once have they made an effort to address my complaint, let alone offer any form of compensation or even an apology. They clearly do not care about their customers or their possessions.
This was not just a minor mistake, it was outright theft, and their refusal to take responsibility is disgraceful. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life, and frankly, this company should be out of business. Do yourself a favor and find another moving company. If you choose to work with them, you’re taking a huge risk with your valuable items.
I will never recommend this company to anyone, and I strongly suggest you avoid them to prevent the same frustration and loss I’ve been experiencing.
