Wow my guys were wonderful. Very professional, fast, everything together neatly. Made sure that everything was moved without a scratch. Highly recommend. They definitely took care of me!! Words can’t express how amazing they were.
These guys are the real deal!! So fast and efficient and they took such great of my house and belongings, while maximizing the space at my storage unit. We never could have done this ourselves. Jared explained the whole process from the first phone call and addressed all my questions and concerns. He also sent me very helpful information for packing and preparing for my move. Everyone was so nice and professional. We will definitely be calling on them again for the next leg of our move to Maine.
Brian and Anthony did a fantastic job helping my daughter move from NC back to York, PA! They arrived on time and were courteous and helpful, even helping us take trash bags to the dumpster. They carefully wrapped our furniture and mattresses, as well as fragile items. Jay, the owner, made the scheduling process seamless and was in frequent contact to ensure everything was handled correctly. Communication is the key to this stellar company. I highly recommend them!
IF I COULD GIVE A HIGHER RATING THAN 5 STARS, I WOULD‼️
First off, my husband and I hate moving. Like, we dread it, so for me to write this book of a review should be taken seriously if you are debating on going with U-Relax.
To begin, they are all wonderful, but ESPECIALLY STEVE. He is truly one of the hardest workers we have ever met. He had put all his care and effort into our very stressful move.
We ended up going with their storage option along with their packing services, and of course their moving service, as we moved out from our apartment while we shuffle around with buying our first home (not fun lol).
Steve went above and beyond by being so receptive, empathetic, transparent, flexible and timely with his responses while we navigated this all. We also feel at ease with knowing our belongings are stored through U-Relax in a temperature controlled and code access only storage unit (I know I sound like an ad, but I am so pleased with this lol).
Literally a one stop shop, which eases the stress so much more. Thank you U-Relax ❤️
PS. Steve deserves a raise, in fact, make it a double raise lol
