Rented a Uhaul trailer this weekend and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The process was seamless, the trailer was in good condition, all fee’s were explained upfront for no surprises, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend! 🥰
Friendly Staff. Clean storage facility that is climate controlled and has security cameras. Pricey, but worth it for climate control if you need it. Entrance to the storage units has a 4 stall garage so you can back the vehicles into them. They also have a few 4’ flat bed dollies for use for $0.00.
I have used U-Haul in the past because of the reliability. I also use the storage units, because of the Temperature Control System to keep my belongings safe. Ok, yes, they are a bit small for the price and could be somewhat cheaper!!! But whatcha gonna do…😂
Satisfied. Jacks was very helpful and explained the rental agreement and when purchasing extra needs for my move.
I was rented a 20ft truck for a trip across the country. The trip was a nightmare, the vehicle was all over the road, vibrating and shaking. We later found out it was never serviced before leaving the rental facility and had bald and chopped up front tires. I had to stop at a repair shop anda technician along our route pulled a large hanging piece of steel from beneath the truck. These issues added an extra 7 hours to my already long journey. I will never rent from this company again.
