I read good reviews about this company and chose them for my move today! They were amazing. Riley and Key worked so hard and were so efficient. They always were upbeat and worked as a team. Chris and Riley’s crew were top notch. The whole process could not have gone smoother. The guys worked non stop for 10+ hours and the move in was up a hill and lots of stairs. They were careful with everything they touched & respectful with everything they said. Would 100% use them again (although I hope to not move again for 20+ yrs!)
Thank you True Friends Moving making our move, smooth and stress-free. Louis, Andrew, and Jason.were the best.. very courteous and polite, very careful with our belongings and wrapped some items perfectly. They sure knew how to pack the truck and got everything in one load, even stopping in Hendersonville to pick up a new china cabinet that I purchased. Thanks also to Nathan for great communication in advance of the move. I highly recommend TFM.
I would give my experience with True Friends Moving Company a solid 5 star rating (5 of 5). Everything, from my first call to get an estimate and book the move, to the actual move could not have gone more smoothly. My move consisted of a large dining room table, 6 chairs, and a side marble top buffet cabinet. The two “True Friends” sent to facilitate the move were fantastic. They carefully wrapped the buffet cabinet with blankets and plastic wrap. They were very careful with everything, and still incredibly fast in preparing and loading the furniture. Upon arrival at my house, they were equally careful and quick. We had a glass topped dining table and they willingly moved the extremely heavy glass top for us. They then assembled our new dining table and brought in the chairs and buffet cabinet. From furniture pickup to delivery and setup took just under an hour. The two gentlemen could not have worked any faster, and they were most courteous at all times. I have used other moving companies in the past, and True Friends Moving Company tops them all. I also saved over $200 that I was quoted from another local moving company)!
Nathan was very kind and punctual from the quote all the way to the booking process. Very informative about what I was paying for and the accommodations they provide. I’ve been in retail management for over 10yrs and really enjoyed my experience as a customer.
A friend referred me to True Friends when I was in a bind to move our stuff to another building in the same complex – thankfully after speaking with Nathan, I was able to have everything scheduled for a Saturday move. They were great at communicating arrival time and since I was on a budget, gave time reminders to ensure we were within the window. Got it all moved within 3hrs and it was from 3rd floor to 3rd floor. Everyone was very kind throughout the process. I’ll definitely use them again on our next move.
