Outstanding moving experience! This Side Up took great care to ensure that our needs were well taken care of. Antonio and Matt did an excellent job in wrapping, packing, loading and securing our items to make sure that all would be protected during ghe move. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend!!!!
Impressed! Kobe, Matt and Anderson showed up right on time with positive attitudes.(that is rare these days) I was quoted a certain amount for a certain number of hours and they beat that time by two hours. They worked quickly and efficiently. I watched how they handled our HomeGoods and they were gentle and very careful with our items. Nothing was broken and they were extremely professional. I would highly recommend this company and moving crew to anyone moving.
This was my first experience in hiring movers, so I was a little nervous… but This Side Up did not disappoint! Special thank you to J, Desmond, and Ethan M. They did an excellent job moving my furniture from a storage unit to a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator! They were quick and very careful with all of my belongings. Ashley was also very responsive and helpful in preparing a quote for me. Great customer service all around! If you’re considering hiring movers, I highly recommend working with This Side Up. 11/10!
I am so totally impressed and thankful that I chose This Side Up for my move. It was the most professional and ”problem free” booking I’ve ever encountered. It was hassle free for me and my pet. The 3 guy team (Matt., Mason and Anderson) were the best. They were friendly, very professional, and considerate. From the moment they arrived I breathed a sigh of relief and all my stress disappeared. I am praising them to my friends and family and will definitely recommend them as a team. Kim was also awesome in helping confirm the timing and details of my move.
