They underestimated & underbid our move for time, staff, $$$ — damaged many expensive items, took longer than planned, and we spent more than we would have going with another major moving company. Didn’t seem very experienced or professional. The lead fellow did his best, I believe, but he was disadvantaged by his own company and helpers. See attached picture of how some things were left in the garage of our new house into which they moved us. Just thrown in and piled up.
I used this company in 2021 and the two movers stole from me . My tools were missing. They broke things and lied about it. I spoke to the owner Mike and filled out paper work to be reimbursed and he never came through to honor his word. Don’t use this company. There web site is fake. LOOK AT THE BBB NOT A CREDITED COMPANY. “F” RATING
I had to move last minute out of my condo. The green truck was great at providing me a last minute moving appointment. They made sure that I was equipped with everything I needed to move successfully. I had changes on my end and they made sure that I had everything I needed in a timely manner. The movers were great at explaining what I should know involving my moving experience. I had another issue on my end and management was very generous in making sure everything was handled appropriately. The movers were great, the management was great and the owners run a business with great integrity. I will definitely use The Green Truck Moving Company again.
First of all, I would like to say that I enjoyed my Green Truck experience from start to finish. After calling their Nashville office I thoroughly enjoyed my set-up process for my move from Nashville to Franklin. I spoke with a very nice gentleman named Clinton that walked me through the entire process. This company is so professional that they sent me an email confirmation the same day I scheduled my move that explained all the details for my moving date. My past experience with other companies, this was not the case. On my moving day I woke up very stressed but the movers Michael and Allen were so wonderful that the rest of the day seemed simple and stress-free. I even had one large piece of furniture that I forgot to mention on my initial call but the guys had no problem moving it. I think they even enjoyed moving the piece because they said it gave them a good workout! I was so pleased I even gave the guys a hug despite them being so sweaty! I definitely recommend this company to anyone moving to and from the Nashville area. Great job guys and thanks again.
