I booked a month ago for a move and thank god I gave myself some time to readjust my move date is needed. I emailed twice to confirm, confirmed both times and then they literally just didn’t show up the day of the move. They don’t allow you to call them because they want an easy way out. On top of that – they don’t take a deposit. Two red flags right off the bat. Don’t let them ruin your move. Go with another company.
Our elevator stopped working the morning of our move, and these guys kept the best attitude while unexpectedly using the stairs. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly hard working, hauling many large boxes each trip to the truck. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
