I had two PCS shipments scheduled from San Antonio to Honolulu.
1. My household goods shipment was packed and crated by Angie and Hector. They came fully prepared with extra crates and materials, and were so kind. They were comfortable with me letting my dog out of her crate while they packed everything up and they were efficient. I had about 3,000 pounds and they were done in 6 hours from the time they arrived to the time they drove off. I couldn’t have asked for better folks.
2. My unaccompanied baggage was packed by Rosalinda and Rosa, who were also very kind. They, too, arrived prepared with plenty of materials. I didn’t have much, only filled one large and one medium box. In and out in under an hour.

The procedures and paperwork completed by both teams were thorough and I received copies of everything.
