Slava & Victor did a great job helping us move from NYC to NJ. Really appreciate it. They brought their own tools and dismantled and reassembled furniture. It was a full day of work & they went above and beyond. Highly recommend them for your move!
These guys were great. Not only did I get an amazing quote right from the jump (compared to the 200 dollar higher price quote from Dumbo Moving) but they also came to me at 630AM! They worked with my schedule perfectly and got everything done with so many hours in the day to spare. Very appreciative of the service from Dina and Victor who were the 2 guys that moved all our furniture. Highly recommend!
Alex and Andrew were our movers and they were unreal. They arrived early, were efficient and worked all day to make sure everything was just right. We’ve got a little one (tiny!) and we really needed that kind of support this time around. So grateful that we had this incredible (and did I mention KIND) duo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! There’s no doubt we’ll be calling them again. THANK YOU for being the best.
This company was difficult to work with and unprofessional. They arrived extremely late to pick up our belongings. The foreman demanded his tip before leaving and then left a large pile of trash in the survey.
At move in, a several pieces of furniture were damaged. I reached out to the company about filling a claim for the damages and was told I would hear back soon…a week later after several attempts to reach out, they have gone completely silent. But when they thought there was an issue with my payment I got a call within minutes. I’ve never had such a poor experience with a moving company!
Excellent experience with Alex heading up my move. They arrived earlier than expected, wrapped all the furniture so carefully and were amazingly efficient. They packed up all of our stuff properly AND did so faster than I ever would’ve expected possible. The guys were polite and very professional. My move was extremely last minute; yet they were able to fit me into their schedule and put me at ease, they dealt with everything. I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a moving company that will treat you well and do the job the right way, handle your things with care and place them nicely when they deliver, these guys are the ones to choose.
PS. I also liked that an actual person sent me an estimate based on photos I sent of our furniture, etc. and they actually attempt to stick to that price (within reason of course) instead of trying to sneak in as many up charges as possible like some companies do.
