My first professional moving inquiry, and they responded well. Communication was straightforward, and they welcomed any questions I had. The invoice was well-thought-out with a clear estimate and no hidden details.

On the day of the move, they were considerate and professionally efficient with me, my family, and my friends who were involved. They brought their own tools and materials and were accommodating with the apartment elevators, as well as the ones that only had one or two flights of stairs. They were adaptable and able to solve any problems along the way. Leo and Paul were a great team.

We have used Leo’s crew before but first time with his new company, Red Llama. In short – they are excellent. We moved from a condo in Andover to Wilmington and Red Llama were very professional, on time, careful, efficient, and friendly. They can navigate tricky turns with ease and take all precautions to not damage either what’s moved or where it’s moved from 🙂 everything arrived in perfect condition including a big fridge. They are also very accurate with quoting and actually did the job slightly under the initial estimate. Highly recommended!
