I hired this moving company on short notice, I needed someone fast and they were available. The day of moving I had hired 3 men and they all did show with a 4th extra man for a couple of hours at the beginning of the day. Things were going well until they got down to the final big pieces of furniture and appliances to go onto the truck. They basically tetris my belongings onto this moving truck, and it took them an hour to figure out how to get the last pieces of furniture onto the truck. Once they finally managed they went to the new location after stopping for a convenient store run on the way. Unloading the truck was much faster of course. After settling in and unpacking things I started to noticed lots of things got damaged. For example the door they were coming in and out of has a giant scratch on it, my newly purchased washer and dryer have scratches and dents in them, a shelving unit was bent, they put an open box that obviously had food items in it in the garage on top of a shelving unit where it was’t discovered until a week later. I paid almost $1000 for there service. For that price I should have zero damages to anything. I sent an email to the company stating my concerns, never got a response back. I went to there website and also stated my complaint again got no response. I am very dissatisfied with this company and will not recommend them to anyone.

I was in a time crunch, and Primetime movers came through for me. Jeff was professional and upfront over the phone. My Uhaul was delayed, and Primetime was willing to wait for me. When the movers arrived, I needed the truck loaded a specific way, and it was no problem at all! Bryan went above and beyond by helping me with my car trailer. I am forever grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and promptness displayed by Primetime movers!
