Please listen to the negative reviews and stay away from this company! I move constantly and this was by far the worst moving company of them all. They didn’t bring a tool box to dissemble and assemble my furniture, didn’t mount my tv “because I didn’t tell them in advance” (even though Navid said it was free and included). They will treat you poorly and disrespect you if you challenge them or call them out for their lack of services. Navid agreed to pay a third party to have my tv mounted, but after I expressed how bad the move went, he told me he wouldn’t do it anymore. They also didn’t unwrap any of my furniture. See the attached photos. All the negative reviews with Navid being disrespect are true.

In response to the owner: it’s most, if not all, lies. Navid straight up told me he would not set up my bed or tv because I called him out on his poor services. He is only saying that he is sending someone to me to make himself look good. His response should tell you everything that you need to know about this company. His workers did not bring a tool bag (they told me themselves). I had to hire a third party on my own to set up my tv and my bed (he’s here now actually!). They also broke my tv stand but set it up where it looked normal. The second I picked it up to move it aside for the worker, the tv stand fell apart in the most comedic way. It’s not the end of the world, it was a cheap wayfair stand anyways. In response about the time discrepancy, they started at 7:30, were wrapping up around 8:00. They then called me AT 10:00 to tell me they finished. I then spoke with navid and he said “they misspoke”. Seriously, don’t trust this guy. If you try to book with him he has almost every day and every time slot available, for a reason. He also told me directly that he is no longer working with me and leaving me high and dry. Post the text messages Navid let’s see what the audience thinks. You scammed me and are now trying to save face. People, listen to the in depth negative reviews – they are so accurate, while all the 5 star reviews are short, sweet and most likely fake. I also threatened to sue because he left me high and dry after I called him and his guys out. Everything he just said was not true. His tone on text was NOTHING like he is posting now. Also my big Mac comparison was flawless. I said “imagine you go to McD’s, order a Big Mac combo, when you pull up to the window they only give you the burger. When you ask them why didn’t they give you the fries and drink, their response is “well you didn’t specifically ask for the drink and fries”. That’s what happened to me. He said the tv mounting was included but then expected me to tell him to mount my tv before the move, he never asked if I wanted the tv mounted. Also I never challenged the distance between Dallas and Austin. Navid charged me $1500 flat rate travel fee so why would I care if it took them 3 hours or 5 hours to get to me? He was charging me $1500 for travel and $119/hour for unloading and loading. Thats where they tried to scam me (on the hourly rate). Your own guys called me at 10:00 to tell me that they just finished and are on their way, even though they were wrapping up at 8:00. This is all on a recorded phone lie so idk why you’re lying Navid. I gain nothing from “lying”, I am posting this review to warn potential customers to stay clear of this horrible person and his businesses. Look at the pictures of my apartment, that’s all the proof you need. You would never think that this was a white glove move.

If you’re looking for a reliable mover with staff that are both considerate and competent, then you’ve come to the right place – Premiere Designs and Moving. First, the owner – Navid – always answers the phone himself and has been available every time I’ve called him to book a move (which has been at least 6 times in the past few years between me/my husband and our daughter).

His staff is always on time and prepared for whatever the move entails. They realize moving is stressful and what you’re moving is meaningful. They always ensure furniture is properly wrapped and smaller items are packed securely to prevent damage.

Before I became acquainted with Premiere, I moved 10 times instate and across the country, and I can attest Premiere is the best! I’m now a customer for life!
