Our primary delivery driver, James W has the upmost professional attitude and provides clear instructions during the entire process.
He is well respected and a very dedicated worker. PODs INC should promote these kind of workers like James W with incentives.
The only saving grace for this company was the driver who dropped off and picked up the POD. Dan was very professional and he had the best customer service out of all the people I spoke with. I was charge a different amount t than qouted and when I called to have it corrected, I was treated as if I were stupid and no one was able to do anything about it. A supervisor had to submit for review to see if they could even give me a refund. I will not be using them again and will not recommend to anyone. They promise you one thing and then deliver different. The only person who showed he cared about anything was Dan the driver. He deserves the credit for any positive experience.
Customer service and the delivery personnel are eager to make your experience with PODS positive. Cost is competitive and you get quality service.
I highly recommend PODS.
When you rent a POD they don’t explain to you that you are charged for the entire month even if you have it picked 11 days after. Since June I have paid them so much money that it’s unfair they can’t issue any type of credit
I definitely had a great experience using the PODS service. Very convenient during the remodeling process of our home.
