Northstar has been my go to moving company in California for 15 years. When I made a last minute decision to move interstate, they were right there with me and ready to pivot however needed.
I worked with Lotem Benshimon from the Client Loyalty Team. Lotem has been my point person since 2009. It was such a pleasure to work with her again in 2025. Lotem is more than just a moving coordinator, she’s a shining star inside and out.
Alejandra Becerra from Operations was my boots on the ground. She arranged for the moving teams both in CA and my cross country destination. She was there 24/7 to make sure all my questions were answered and that the moving teams met my expectations. And did they ever! A warm shout out to Forman Eliezar, Milton and Hugo on the west coast and Leo and Chris on the east. They showed up early, packed and unpacked with consideration and precision. They took their time and made me feel that all my belongings were in excellent hands.
On the insurance side, Kristi Hahn was my Northstar guide. She was excellent, patient and generous with both her time and knowledge.
Northstar is in that rare “Goldilocks zone”, neither too big nor too small. The excel in customer relations, efficiency and execution. I will continue to use Northstar for both domestic and international moves. I couldn’t be in better hands. 10 out of 10 stars.
Also, Lotem recommended A to Z Auto Shipping in Agoura Hills to transport my car. Everyone there was exceptional as well. Lee performed the cross country trip and delivered my car in under a week!
I highly, HIGHLY recommend NorthStar Moving Company. We had to relocated due to the Eaton fire and on the morning the moving truck was scheduled to show up there had been a mudslide on our street, blocking access. We were so disappointed because we assumed the move just wouldn’t be possible. I called them while they were en route to let them know what happened but they said they wanted to first come check it out. They showed up with the truck and a 4×4 they had rented, surveyed the situation and then got straight to work making countless trips back and forth up to our house to load, then unload down at the truck parked below. Not once did I notice any sign of them being inconvenienced or annoyed – in fact they couldn’t have been kinder, offering reassurance. They worked fast and were thorough; packing up our items in boxes and using furniture pads to keep everythign protected. They really made it happen when they could have easily canceled to reschedule. Would give 10 stars!
Manny, willy, and alfonso were our movers and they were beyond fantastic! Most seamless professional move ever! Super grateful for them and this company for their organization and efficiency! Will and highly recommend them to everyone i know!
