I had to get my brother moved out of his apartment and did not have the energy to do it by myself. They arrived in a timely manner, jumped right to it and had me moved in no time. I feel the charges were fair and would hire them for all future moves. I’m so happy I gave them a call after a google search. We recently used New Chapters Moving for our move, and they did an outstanding job! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with our belongings. They arrived on time, worked quickly without cutting corners, and made what could have been a stressful day so much easier.
We had David and Brandon they were incredible. They were friendly, respectful, and took great care handling our furniture and fragile items. They even went above and beyond to ensure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it in our new home. Their pricing was fair, and there were no hidden fees or surprises.

I will start with the fact that I called them last minute as my appointment with another moving company had just fallen apart. They were able to come same day (within 2 hours!).
Brandon, Adam, and David did a great job. Mike helped for the first 3 hours but had to run when Adam and David showed up. The owner of the company Georgie even made an appearance. Everyone was extremely professional the entire move. They were very careful with every piece that they moved and wrapped everything of value.
Apparently I had more than I expected in my 3 bedroom apartment (mainly my office) so the move took quite a bit longer than expected. We were anticipating a 4-5 hour move, which ended up being a 7.5 hour move. While we were expecting a third mover to show up after 2 hours, they did not arrive until 3.5 hours into the move. This led to the move taking much longer and it costing a good bit more money than expected. But again, I did catch them off guard when I called looking for emergency help!
Outside of this, they did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at an upcoming move!
Incredible service. I was nervous because I’ve never hired movers before and have heard horror stories. These guys were incredible. They took their time to make sure everything was wrapped, they treated my wife and family with respect. It ended up taking longer than we thought but they kept working and never once complained or changed their work ethic. I will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs a mover. Thank you for making a usually stressful day into an amazing experience !
Brandon and David did an amazing job it’s was pouring raining and they worked through it. nothing was damaged or got wet they took 3 hrs!! Total!! I call them the Flash. lol the price was affordable although we boxed up most of the stuff and had it in order they even boxed up some things we forgot. Totally recommend this moving company I loved that they took the beds apart and put them back together because I hate putting things together it helped out a lot
