I have used Mozart Movers for all my moving needs for years now. Fast, professional, friendly and efficient. They carefully wrapped all of my belongings before loading them. Where able to easily work through any problems that arose. They are cost m-effective for the quality of service received. I will continue to use them for all of my moving needs. The two gentleman that moved us were polite, professional and great to work with.
I got a couple quotes for a local RI move of my 4BR home from well-rated movers. Mozart came in as the lowest bid. Edwin and his crew were fantastic. They showed up on time, were friendly and professional, listened to what I needed, and worked efficiently and carefully. I had a treadmill that wasn’t fitting down the stairs at the new house after being disassembled into its major parts, so with my consent they disassembled it even further and put it back together better than it was before. Same with a bed whose frame was already damaged before the move, while reassembling they added bolts from their toolbox and actually repaired it to better shape than it was. They took great care with my things and with my property. I’ve never had a better moving experience.
My only complaint was that insurance wasn’t brought up until the morning of the move, so it felt like a bit of a hidden fee since I didn’t remember the initial estimator mentioning it. I’d suggest they change their sales process to make this more explicit, or just be aware when you hire them that full insurance isn’t included in the initial price.
Amazing service! The guys were super nice and efficient. As soon as they arrived to my old apt we did a quick tour of what was going and what was staying in that place and in an hour everything was packed and inside the truck.
Anton and his team were super careful and respectful with my boxes and things, even extra quietly at first as the baby was still sleeping in my bedroom.
They are super fast on assembling furniture too, and clean!
If i have to move again i will definitely be using their services.
Mozart movers is absolutely amazing! Edwin and his team were right on time, took great care with our stuff, And even got the job done and in less time than originally thought! If you’re moving, this is the group to hire! From the estimation to the completion everything went amazingly well!
This was our second time using Mozart for a move. This time we had a lot more stuff and the distance was longer. We had the same great experience as in 2018. Estimator tool was very accurate and the entire process was worry free, with a friendly and hard working crew.
