We had Daniel and Marshall for our movers. This was our first time using movers and it was the best experience! They were incredibly quick and careful with our belongings! Could not ask for a better moving team, will definitely use this company again! Thank you, Daniel and Marshall!
I do NOT recommend this company whatsoever! My daughter hired them to move her & the grands out of a 3 bedroom home. They brought the biggest truck they had which was 26ft. And they couldn’t fit everything into it! They advertised that the 26ft truck could move up to a 5 bedroom home. This was only a 3 bedroom & they couldn’t fit it all into it! They were only able to get half of her things! And they didn’t go back for the rest of it. So we had to get a U-haul to get the rest! The whole point of hiring them was so that we didn’t have to worry about any of that! When they got it unloaded they asked for payment. They charged her $800! When she hired them they told her it was gonna be $600 & assured her they could fit everything into their truck in 1 trip! So not only did they charge her $200 more, they couldn’t even do it in 1 load and we had to get a U-haul! So it ended up costing her over $1000! What a joke! They have no idea what they are doing! I’m telling you do not hire this company if you want a worry free move!
We had a great experience with Motivated Movers locally and will be using them for an upcoming move to another city. Daniel is very knowledgeable and was helpful in giving us advice on supplies and packing. His professionalism swayed us to use them rather than other companies.
Great service from Motivated Movers, Daniel and David knocked it out quicker than I had thought, took great care of our stuff. Would hire again for sure
They did a great job of packing our truck. The only issue we had concern with was one of our TVs. We ended up repacking it ourselves. Also found an end table while unloading that had a hige scratch across the top. We requested 2 people and 3 showed. We had the option to keep the 3rd person and did for an extra $30/hr as he was clearly the “leader/forman” of the crew. They were super friendly and available during the time frame we needed.
