More 4 Money Movers

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the moving services were completed, the professionalism and handling of payments were extremely poor.

I paid a $100 deposit upfront, which should have been subtracted from my final balance. However, when it came time to pay, the worker failed to deduct the deposit quoting me the full service. Due to the million things I had to worry about that day, also being 8 months pregnant I didn’t catch on to this minor error as he didn’t as well.

When I pointed this out the next morning, I never got a response… I wrote him 5 days later being considerate that the week might of been busy and he wasn’t intentionally ignoring my first message.. but to my surprise I was met with defensiveness and blame instead of accountability.

Rather than owning the mistake, the “business” man aka Anthony tried to put the blame on me for “not calculating correctly” although he calculated my balance and stated that he assumed the “overpayment” ( MY DEPOSIT) was a tip, no confirmation nothing just an assumption. I had to repeatedly explain that as a customer, it’s not my job to track their billing it’s the business’s responsibility to apply the deposit properly and invoice fairly.

The business failed to rectify this issue days later although he stated he would… Overall, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and the way concerns were handled after the fact made this a stressful experience. I cannot recommend this company based on how they treat their customers once payment issues arise.

Honestly, I’m beyond upset about how my girl was treated. She’s eight months pregnant, already stressed, and the last thing she needed was to be spoken to the way he did. It wasn’t just rude it felt like he had no respect for her at all.

The way he handled everything, it’s like he saw her vulnerability and took advantage of it. He didn’t care about her situation or how much pressure she’s already under. It’s disgusting how he tried to put the blame on her, as if she made the error, when the only thing she was trying to do was point out his mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, he made her feel even more overwhelmed and disrespected.

I can’t recommend this company enough! I was in the area for work and once I got off I had a few hours to pick up a 300 gallon tank for a deal of a lifetime. I called over 15 moving companies and got all but laughed at but after calling More 4 Money Movers and explaining the situation they came and helped me get that 700 pound tank in the back of my truck without a single scratch all while it was raining. Seriously these guys care and deserve every blessing coming to them!
