I booked miracle movers Because The reviews on Google were good and the customer service seem to be good when booking. What I got was a complete nightmare. The mover showed up complaining about the job, then pressing me to provide them cash tips due to their hard work. I rented mattress bags and a TV box from them to ensure my belong would be safe. The movers showed up with none of that. Then they picked up my brand new big screen TV and a single worker carried it without a box down the stairs and then brought it back up to my apartment. I was instructed by Caiyla from the miracle movers team that the movers would not touch my TV without a box hence why I rented a TV box from them. The movers not only moved my TV once but brought it down a second time without the box having a single worker carry the 65 inch TV thus breaking it. The biggest joke is the claim. I submitted a claim due to the damage and having insurance on my move, the TV that these movers broke was a $2000 TV per their claims department. they’re only willing to reimburse me $50 even though their workers did not follow their protocol. I’m honestly not want to write reviews but I would not recommend this company at all unless you want to be bullied and provided absolutely horrendous customer service and have your personal belongings broke. I didn’t even file a claim for the other items that were broke in the move due to their lack of care and just throwing things around when unloading. I would definitely save yourself from dealing with this company.
I requested a call back from the owner, Chris and Kelly and have not heard back. As it seems their tactic is to avoid instead of providing proper customer service when their workers were in the wrong. I’ve attached photos of the damage to the TV.
Our team was amazing! They showed up as scheduled, and was on go from the moment they walked thru the door. They were a team of 4 men and 2 trucks. Our estimated time and charge was the EXACT time and charge. These guys were friendly smiling faces, hardworking, professional and most of all prepared to work. Thank you Miracle Movers for having and sending such wonderful guys to assist with this moving experience. They are exceptional!!!
Update-So as the sun rises, the very next morning the TVs are unwrapped to be mounted on the wall, at least one TV large screen gives the appearance of being dropped and is shattered. There were also some strange occurrences that I have spoken with the owner about. Needless to say I am livid. Do to these things now, coming to light, I HAVE to change my rating from a 5 star to a 1 star.
Update to the update – It is now a month since my move. I paid my bill in full the same day. Have NOT stopped payment on the check. Filed my claim as I was told to do by Kelly of Miracle Movers once he sent me the form 2 days after the move. They have not reached out to me at all, in fact they are now ignoring my emails. I’m so disappointed bc they came so highly recommended, Kelly was amazing to work with before the move and the team that was sent was a wonderful group. I will be reaching out to the BBB next.
Final update – It’s been almost 2 weeks since BBB reached out to the company, with no response.
See the attached settlement offer for my 75 in Samsung TV from the company. It is laughable, but for the fact that it is pitifully sad! I have been w/out a TV for a mo and a half waiting on a 30$ decision. I now have to come out of pocket for a large screen TV due to no fault of my own.
Thank you to Kelly Rand and the fantastic team-Julius, Trey and Wade-who moved me from an apartment to a condo yesterday. They were timely, very friendly, helpful, thorough and careful throughout the whole process. They handled my priceless antiques with expert care and answered every question I had with utmost confidence. The furniture was carefully wrapped and moved accurately and efficiently to my new condo. It is a second floor unit with 20 steps-no elevator- and Julius, Trey and Wade handled that challenge with strength and good humor. I would wholeheartedly recommend this team of movers from Miracle Movers, whose customer service went above and beyond my expectations, to anyone moving to or from this area in NC.
I had the best experience with this company! I booked with Kayla and she was professional and helpful. I made several changes during the process, and she was polite, patient and accommodating. The day of the move, I met Cameron and his crew, and they were equally professional, polite and very experienced! They were on time, communicated throughout the entire move, and at no point was I stressed. We received incredible service!! I highly recommend!
I had the immense pleasure to work alongside Adam and his team during Operation Airdrop. He and his passionate team were able to disperse 1.5 million pounds of supplies to those affected by hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina in such a short amount of time. While I haven’t used the residential services, I know for a fact following Operation Airdrop, Adam and his team will be the company to call when I need any moving services!
