I was very very impressed with their business. Right from me placing the call up until they were done moving me. The 3 young men were so professional, so incredibly nice. It’s refreshing to see that these days. Especially as they are such young kids. They worked hard, got the job done and went above & beyond for us. The movers showed up to move a tenants belongings out of a couple storage units. at our facility .quite a task truck looked small. They were patient, professional and very sincere and they handle all the items with care. i watched them organize the truck i was so impressed and i would recommend them for anyone moving in the future. i asked them there names upon leaving they were alan and tyler well done long moving for hiring great people
Allen and Tyler came to our facility to move a tenants belongings out. They were very friendly and efficient. We thought they wouldn’t fit everything in the truck they had, but they made it happen!
They picked up a relative’s belongings in Connecticut, and moved them to assisted living in Dartmouth. They were timely, and very careful. Communication with Brandon was excellent. Here’s a first: the final charge was less than the estimate.
We were very happy with this move, which is the third time we’ve used them.
Took forever, went over estimate by 500 dollars, broke multiple items I specifically set aside, hid the broken items, and refused to pay for them. On top of this their operations manager Brandon, was rude and condescending on the phone, flat out refused to reimburse for items discovered after the fact, and hung up on me twice when I called them about it. It’s one thing to get screwed over by movers, it’s quite another to have them rub it in your face and be condescending about it. I went with Long because they were recommended by my realtor, but I will be actively discouraging people from using them in the future and will ask my realtor to do so as well. Moving is stressful enough, don’t use movers that leave you feeling bad about the experience afterwards.
