It’s been six weeks now and I still have had no one even attempt to clean the stains that they did to my brand new custom couch. I keep being told there is no one in your area, or we are looking, you will be contacted. But NOTHING! I have to reach out, constantly with no help at all!!! I will repeat again! Please find another moving company and don’t find yourself in the situation I am in now…..in the three weeks since my first review I had someone come touch up the wood. That’s it! And that wasn’t even completely corrected on my master dresser because of the actual damage.

Three weeks ago a team of 6 movers and 2 trucks from Little Guys Movers moved us about an hour and a half from Greensboro. The guys were polite and did move everything but were careless in the process and caused damages to our furniture. We had a new custom couch that we addressed taking extra care of to everyone. It was even noted on the work slip! Each worker was told the couch was new and to wrap it and be careful with it. Upon delivery, the white couch was brown with dirt and filth and there are some kind of grease marks on the top, the legs were chipped. The movers left a pile of boxes downstairs that were marked for the upstairs bedrooms because they didn’t feel like moving anything else. They put our bed together wrong causing my husband and I to try to figure out how to repair it.
No one took any care much less extra care of the one item I pointed out to them. We have been trying to get someone to repair, replace … do anything to make things right and I was told yesterday (3 weeks later) they are reaching out to fabric people to clean it. Why did you wait 3 weeks? I wish this was the only damage to our furniture but it wasn’t. I don’t know what it takes to actually get things made right after the damages that were caused because nothing has been made right all this time later. All I seem to get is “I understand and share your concern”. No…. I really don’t think Little guys movers does understand or share my concern. Find other movers!
I must first start out apologizing to the Little Guys Movers Greensboro for false accusing them of taking my jewelry which I found in a hole in my dresser. I do want to apologize to the owner Desmond and the team (Brandon, Riggs, & Grant) for the accusations I made against them. I want to say the movers that moved me on March 11th, moved me with a spirit of excellent. They did their job with excellence.
Highly recommend Little Guys Movers! Excellent experience from start to finish moving my parents to assisted living/ skilled nursing. Prior to the move they were very accommodating as we changed our inventory multiple times. They provided clear quotes with competitive rates and were so patient to work with us within our timing and schedule. On move day, they were diligent and professional, taking extra care especially with our essential furniture including an electric hospital bed and power lift chair. They met our every expectation and then went above and beyond to research the bed to be sure to understand how it would come apart and go back together. So appreciative for their great service!
Cannot say enough good things about Little Guy Movers. We used them to move furniture to/from different rooms in our home. This involved moving large sofas and chairs from one level to another. They were extremely careful (no scratches on furniture, no nicks on door frames) and efficient. So efficient that they even had time to bring up our Christmas tree and boxes of decorations. I will use this company again and will highly recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.
They were also very competitively priced compared to other moving companies in our area. And for a small fee they moved an entire (large and heavy) bedroom set onto their truck for donation. They made all the donation arrangements so that I wouldn’t have to. They saved us time, money, and our backs!
Brandon, Antwan and Riggs did an excellent job getting my house moved quickly and safely with zero damage. They were very nice and efficient, and the final total was less than the estimate. Would recommend! Great work fellas!
