While there are many details to share regarding all the ways this move went wrong because of this company, the shortest answer is please take your hard earned money elsewhere. Despite providing details of the move occurring within the same complex, needing packing and unpacking, the company sent us two hardworking people that have no experience. The company says wardrobe boxes and supplies will be provided. The movers arrived with none and while we thought we sorted this out, there were still simple things like scissors or a knife still missing. How was the shrink wrap supposed to come off?
Overall, the move took twice as long as was anticipated, the packing was extremely poor, we have several items that have broken, the job was incomplete because we’re still doing the unpacking, which was not how we intended on spending our weekend/week. Simple things occurred like shoes were taken out of boxes when they could have remained in the box, resulting in more work on our end. Items were placed upside down, and there was no labeling of boxes.
The workers were hardworking but it was very evident that the company did not provide adequate training. It was to the point that there were dressers not put in the right position and the bed screws not drilled in.
The company is charging full price to give inexperienced people. While my total was about $900 for a one bedroom den, after laying out the issues I was initially offered 5% off then 10% and I gave up at 15% just wanting this whole ordeal to be over.
For how poorly this job was done, someone should not be paying this much for “professional” movers. Please explore further before choosing to work with this company, I wish I did.

This is my second time working with Happy Home Moving, and both times they were super quick, efficient, and very careful with my things, which I really appreciated. They didn’t just throw things around. I was moving from the east side to west side and everything got there in once piece. Very stress-free, didn’t have to lift a finger. Eric, Alex, and Dilshat were the best! They were professional and on time. They took care of all our things, wrapping and handling with care. They placed all the furniture where we needed them without hesitation. We moved from LA to Santa Clarita, and it was great working with them! We would definitely recommend them!
