Excellent and professional service. One of the best service experiences I had in my life. It was fast, and I was impressed by how carefully the inventory items were treated. You just need to relax and simply tell the team where the boxes/items need to be put in your new home.
Last but not least, the team members were super nice, kind, and respectful. All in all, I was very happy, felt proud of using this team in my move, surely recommending them to other people who are moving in/out of B/CS.
A FIVE star company! Arrived on the dot of 8.15 am to walk through and pack with a wonderful courteous team. Everything was loaded in 3 hours. They phoned husband with ETA in route from Bryan to Arkansas and arrived on the dot of 8 am to unload and unpack at the new house. They took care of everything in terms of protection and care. Everything that was taken apart was put together again in very professional manner. Just remember to have sugar on hand for Justin’s iced tea! I can’t thank Joseph and Shelly and their team enough for their professionalism and help on this move to Arkansas! Oh… and their price was very competitive and reasonable for our move. Thank you!

Update: I rescind that previous assertion! I discovered otherwise on my second move. They are not responsive to damage claims. Calls and e-mails are not responded to; their customer service and response time are weak. They blame damages on the customer rather than taking responsibility for them and don’t stand behind their claims policy. They need to learn some important lessons about customer services
Our family has moved numerous times in several years and this is by far the best experience we have ever had. José, Drake, Justin, and Michael worked incredibly efficiently and professionally to move us to our new home. They worked hard on a 98 degree summer day, and they didn’t stop until the job was done. We will recommend G&M to anyone in need of capable and professional movers!
I have used G&M for four moves now and my mom used them for two. They are the BEST we’ve ever used and have moved 30+ times over the years. They take such good care of everything, move very quickly, are so kind and are very affordable. They are the best and I would recommend them to everyone for cross country moves and local! Amazing humans!
