The team was friendly enough and I could tell some movers were working harder than others.

They were not very careful with my house. After they picked up my stuff I noticed scratches/dents on door frames, and a big dent in the wall.

Most of my furniture arrived damaged (chipped or even broken).

If you go with them make sure they pack your paintings well because some of mine were not protected at all.

One positive thing is that all my stuff arrived to destination and nothing was lost.

We had this company pack and move our belongings when relocating from North Carolina out of state. The packers were being paid for 2 days as it was estimated it would take that long to pack the amount of home goods we had. The packers were finished in 4 hours. We were told they would go through existing totes and rewrap items to ensure they would not break, this was not done. We had to ask them to go through preexisting totes multiple times as we had put items away just to show our home and did not wrap anything to prevent breakage. After multiple requests they hastily threw packing paper on top of the totes and wrapped them with tape. When we opened our belongings after transit we noticed quite a few items damaged and broken beyond repair. We also forgot to pack a change jar that had quite a bit of change and that did not make the move. When we unpacked armoire boxes we discovered the packers had thrown open boxes of screws, nails, light bulbs, paint and other damaging items into boxes with our children’s toys and stuffed animals. We had purchased new silverware that we had left unopened in anticipation of opening it when we got to our new home and that also did not make the move, although the boxes and paper it came in did. We are missing quite a few items we know were in boxes in our garage to be packed with other items that did make it to our destination so to see select items missing leads us to believe they were taken. It’s pretty disappointing to send people to families’ homes who are extremely dishonest. The packers were unprofessional and in a hurry simply because they took advantage of the system designed to help military families with their frequent relocations. The movers did not put but one piece of cardboard down to protect the stairs or floors and left scratches and gouges in the walls that we had to patch before moving out. It was overall a terrible experience. There are a lot of moving companies in the area, I would strongly encourage looking elsewhere for moving and packing services. This company is extremely poor when it comes to professionalism and quality of service provided. They know families will be long gone before they realize the extent of their poor service and will continue being paid by the government no matter how poorly they do their jobs.

The company utilized for my Government Procured Move, they arrived at 0900, walked through each room asking what not to pack. They didn’t touch anything we said not to. They repacked all of our boxes to the government standard and did so efficiently. They were very nice movers and came in and packed the house as if they’d done it 100 times already. Very professional and highly recommend.

Can not say enough good things about this company. Lead packer was Mary, she and her team were great. But Mr. Ricky and Mr. Jim! Woo this is my 6th move and they were hands down the best I’ve ever had. Phenomenal, fast, professional, organized, efficient. Literally everything you could want in movers, pick up AND delivery. Amazing.

For a military move, 2 day pack, 1 day load. The packers, predominantly the ladies, took little care for my house (eg sock feet outside in the rain then back to work on my hard wood, spilt food/ drink). The second day, the same ladies sat and chatted to the point that they asked me if i was going to report. My reply so long as the work gets done. The senior packer, female sitting, missed items for numbering that i caught for her. Beyond these minor issues that kept me busier than i should have been, the driver, Bobby, pushed off telling me until 1400 that he needed to deliver the next day and that i would have overflow. Overflow caused from him filling half his truck with another house. After my wife and I jumped to make this work, we received the bulk of our house. One week later after the driver called to set the time for second shipment, I learned through an auto dps message that I was 1,620 over my max weight and shouldn’t accept delivery until resolved. Even for a veteran PCSer, like myself, the lack of forthcoming info from this company’s representatives should force military transportation offices seriously question their continued use.
