These guys are simply the best! I initially visited the Elgin office to get a feel for the company and discuss what I thought was a unique situation. Raul immediately reassured me that my situation wasn’t as unusual as I thought and that his team could handle it without issue. I made a couple of changes to the plan, and they were handled promptly and efficiently.
Throughout the process, the office reached out multiple times to confirm the move details and ensure I had no questions. On moving day, I had the pleasure of meeting Christian and Kyle, who were both prompt, professional, and efficient. They made the whole experience seamless and stress-free!
Not only did they get the job done in less time than estimated, but they also saved me some money (and earned themselves a well-deserved break)! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and the team. Highly recommend!
Falcon moving did a great job. They were on time, courteous, careful with my belongings, and their final price and time was VERY close to what was estimated. They didn’t slack off and I didn’t need to watch them to make sure they were being careful, etc.
Christian, Alcides, Cash, Daniel, Martin all did a great job. Jason was who I spoke with initially and he did a great job estimating the cost and time my move would take.
Amazing moving experience. Cannot speak highly enough of crew lead Demetrius and apprentice Brian. They were an incredible duo and 100% attentive,, professional, friendly, and extremely careful when moving our items. I assisted on a couple difficult items and they were very thankful and appreciative. Cannot recommend this company enough. Love that they offer extra services and free wardrobe boxes. Also love that the estimate was done via video call so there were no surprises. After the estimate you were able to adjust your inventory which was super handy.
Will recommend Falcon to anyone planning a move. From beginning to end it was an awesome experience. Kudos to the office and field employees.
Falcon was scheduled to move me from my home in Illinois to Wisconsin. The office staff and movers were VERY professional and returned my call promptly. They arrived on the scheduled day at the promised time, covered the floors when moving, and were very helpful in helping me prepare some last minute items. I also contracted them to dispose of items I no longer wanted. On the other end (Wisconsin), they were efficient and unloaded the items carefully. All items arrived intact and within the scheduled time. Best news, the final bill was less than the estimate! I recommend going with a local company (Falcon) versus a national chain. My items were the only ones on the truck! I would definitely recommend them for anyone in Illinois!
Falcon Moving was the most efficient moving company I’ve ever had. I’ve moved 5 times in the past 10 years and they did the best job for the best value. Pricing was fair and easy. Gabriel was helpful following up with me every step of the way. Jordan and James were fantastic the day of my move. They were very friendly and fast and took the time to care for every piece of furniture and placed everything exactly were I wanted it! I will definitely use them again!
