Stay away from this moving company. I had numerous issues with the sales rep, back office and driver. Some of those issues included a very inaccurate estimate for the weight/cost to move cross country. Very poor coomunicatiin and follow up from the office. No confirmation call (as promised) the day before pick up with the estimated time. Inability to get management on the phone when a dispute occurred on pick up day. An unannounced visit by the driver on the weekend to “view” the property. No accountability for the error, but instead blaming the customer. And finally, the driver suggesting he “should be able to” deliver on a certain day, but then arriving 9 days later.
Highly recommend you look for other moving options.
Executive Moving Systems worked out very well for us. The estimate was right on. On moving day, the guys were great. They were done in a few hours.
The delivery day estimate and actual delivery was perfect. Unloading went well. We found a handful of boxes in the wrong rooms but overall, it went well.

We recently moved from California to North Carolina and had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. They completely misunderstood our packaging requirements, and the delivery driver took 10 days to deliver our belongings. When they finally arrived, they unloaded between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM in the rain, leaving a huge mess in my house.
To make matters worse, they didn’t assemble items they were supposed to, leaving packages and unassembled furniture scattered downstairs. It became clear they rushed through the job to move on to other clients in different states. The helpers they hired seemed like random individuals, and their behavior was unprofessional—they even left my bathroom in a mess.
Communication with their office was equally frustrating. The representative who answered calls was unhelpful, attempted to overcharge us due to their own miscommunication, and showed no accountability for the issues we faced.
Despite being recommended by a trusted friend in real estate, this was far from a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or professional moving services.
I have used EMS multiple different times, and honestly cannot recommend their services enough! From Justin in the office, being beyond helpful and his team who comes out to the house. I have had the privilege of having Fernando & his crew move me a few times, and they really are the best.
Every employee I have came across is beyond kind and courteous. They take such good care In packing everything as well as protecting all the furniture.
Not too add how fast they are. As soon as they arrive they don’t stop!
Fernando made sure to do an entire walk through of inventory to be packed upon arrival, as well as at the end to make sure nothing was missed. Truly can’t say enough but EMS. Thank you for everything, moving is brutal and With you guys it was so smooth!
You damaged a lot of my furniture. Some examples of just our dining chairs in the photos, we have many more photos. Your team took time wrapping pens and coasters in 7 layers of paper to but then moved furniture unwrapped and exposed. You jammed our stuff into many trucks, ruining expensive furniture and yet we paid your company a LOT of money. We didn’t push down your price because you sold us quality..
