I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to DFW Moving Company for their outstanding service! A team of three professionals arrived with a large, well-equipped truck, fully prepared for the move. They carefully and expertly packed all my furniture using protective blankets and stretch wrap. I am especially grateful for the professional handling and packaging of my 75-inch TV — everything was done flawlessly and without a scratch!
The pricing was exactly as agreed upon — I paid only for the three hours of work, with no hidden fees or surprises. This was one of the smoothest and most professional services I’ve ever experienced.
I highly recommend DFW Moving Company to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient moving service!
We used their services a year ago. Finally I found time to review their service, that I was totally satisfied with. They came in time, were friendly, prompt and acted professionally. Helped out with the packing, brought all the necessary equipment and supplies with them. Stacked all our furniture and boxes very good so all fitted in 1 truck (I had some concerns about it before they arrived). Well, they met all my expectations! Next time when I would be moving – will reach them for sure.

Alex and his team of two more gentlemen Igor and Vladimir did an outstanding job moving our belongings from the apartment to the storage unit. Professionally fit every single piece of ours into a storage unit making sure nothing is left behind. Outstanding! Even the rain didn’t affected a work pace and everything was done meticulously and in a timely manner. Much appreciated and cannot recommend enough DFW Moving company services for your residential moving needs!
Bait and switch. They gave us a BINDING agreement we signed on Jan 4th. They charged my credit card for the agreed upon amount on Jan 7th, then according to my bank tried to already charge an additional amount we didn’t approve that was $500 more than we agreed on and signed for. They cancelled the original agreed upon amount on their end (the moving company, not the bank). This company called on Jan 14th saying they needed credit card information or they wouldn’t deliver our stuff, that the pending charge had dropped off, which per my bank was a lie. To our surprise, they add $500+ even though the agreement was binding, falsified documents signed on Jan 7th (just typing a name in) AND “signing” that we had received our things in good condition on Jan 7th — 2 days before they even picked our things up on Jan 9th! How exactly did we “sign” for getting things in good condition, when they hadn’t even picked up our stuff yet? We didn’t get our things until Jan 16th. They just typed in names and added charges and said things were in good condition when they broke things, apparently trying to make it so we can’t make a claim (don’t forget this was 2 days prior to THEM even PICKING IT UP).
We called Mike Lohner on Jan 16th to ask why these charges were different than the agreed upon binding amount that we had signed for— his response was “oh give me an hour and I’ll call back”. 2 business days have gone by and not a word from him. When we try to call, we get sent to voicemail.
Luckily for us, the Mayflower driver brought the original agreement we had actually signed. These guys at DFW Moving/United Van Lines even changed the agreement in the online portal to the one they forged, not the one we actually signed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Edit: They’ve also deleted all links to our prior paperwork, changed them to PDFs, and changed the paperwork where it no longer shows them illegally “signing” (i.e. forging) our name that our stuff was delivered 2 days prior to them picking it up.
Another edit: we’ve found numerous broken items. The only person that could even do their job correctly was the actual Mayflower driver. The “on call movers” were careless with our stuff, we had to tell them numerous times to stop throwing stuff. We keep finding more and more broken items as we grow through things.
