College Hunks Hauling Junk And Moving Springfield

Cole’s Team was amazing! They called to see if our office would like for them to come, almost 2 hours early. They were prompt, professional, quick, thorough, asked questions, and very nice! They smiled the entire time they were working, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for an immediate removal of “junk”! Great company! Great service!

We had a horrible experience with this company during our move in August.

Our dining room hutch was destroyed. It wasn’t wrapped with care, though the movers claimed that was how they were suppose to move it. We also heard the crew talking among themselves saying that it actually fell over in the truck.

Our child’s crib was destroyed. Only the back of the crib was removed, so three sides were kept together for transport and pressure from other items snapped it. This was just lazy of them. My favorite part is that we were told they could finish putting it together for our child to sleep in the night. The person in charge of our move, Julian, just placed blamed on the “crazy crew” on the second truck because his crew wasn’t in charge of the item.

Our mattress cover and part of the mattress were cut open. Clearly looks like they carelessly sliced it open while taking the protective covering off from the move. It also ended up quite dirty.

The top of our washer was scratched. This we only noticed the next day.

We had all sides and the top of every box labeled and color coded with the location and “fragile”, if necessary, as told to do. We also labeled all of rooms in the house to match the boxes. Despite all of this preparation, we had many boxes end up in the wrong rooms. The boxes were also stacked carelessly, with larger boxes on top of smaller ones, and boxes labeled “fragile” thrown aimlessly around rooms and also stacked under other boxes.

Knowing accidents happen, we let the first errors go. Once we were called up to look at the crib, my husband called the local managerof the company and they ended up coming down to our house to talk to us and reimbursing us for the price of the crib as shown online. That is all they negotiated with us.

The first truck that came to our house was filled with kind workers. We fed them lunch while we waited for the second truck to get to our house. The second truck was filled with careless people who were swearing all over the place. The hutch and crib were both on the second truck.

We would not recommend this company to anyone. Overall, just seemed very careless.

Used the local branch out of Ludlow and they were awesome! Amy was able to get us a move date that worked with my schedule. Joe and Luke showed up on time, got the move done quickly and painlessly and were very respectful and professional. Would totally recommend!
