James and Ben from Careful Movers made my move much easier. I was really impressed with how careful they were with my belongings – nothing was damaged. They were also friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.
I have never encountered such total disregard for my personal items. I would have at least expected a phone call with an apology from this company, and that never happened after multiple requests. I have a beautiful dining room table that is ruined now. After the movers left I noticed one of the 4 of my dining room chairs was not brought into my house like the other 3. My sons found it propped up in my garage with boxes around it to hide the fact that the leg was completely broken off. It can’t be fixed or replaced. The men deliberately hid the broken chair and left. Also, numerous scratches on my table and the other chairs. I also have a vintage metal suitcase that used to be my father’s. A lot of sentimental value and it is so dented now that it won’t open. The driver was very rude when he pulled up at my townhome community. I had to show him where to park because of the HOA and he said, “let me do my job”. The company only wants to give me $132.00 which is absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Stay away from this company! I wish I had!
Andrew and James were amazing. They got to my house. They immediately started packing the truck. in two hours. They were done and I was blown away they were kind their courteousness their kindness anything we needed they helped thank you so much for being awesome.!!!

Tom, Ben, James & Rachel just left after packing our whole house today, & they were OUTSTANDING. We had a LOT of breakables & they did an excellent job. Will definitely use them again.
